Vince Neil released a statement through his lawyer on Monday regarding the deadly plane crash involving his girlfriend. 'At 2.39 pm local time, a Learjet aircraft Model 35A owned by Vince Neil was attempting to land at the Scottsdale Airport,' Neil's representative, Worrick Robinson IV, said in a statement. 'For reasons unknown at this time, the plane veered from the runway causing it to collide with another parked plane.' Specific details about the collision remain unavailable as the situation is evolving rapidly and an investigation is underway. The Federal Aviation Administration temporarily halted flights into the airport following the crash on Monday afternoon. This incident follows a midair collision between a military helicopter and a passenger plane near Washington DC on January 30, which tragically resulted in the deaths of all 67 people onboard both aircraft.
