The iDiscovery programme is designed to support people 25 and under to cope with issues including anxiety and stressprogramme, from the Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, offers those who are 25 and under free resources to help them manage issues including stress, anxiety and self care.Ryan, a young carer aged 18, helped produce the programme and said that "every" course has input from a "young person".
Skye, 19, a junior peer trainer, hopes the platform will "put control" back in the hands of young people and their families, as referrals from an NHS professional to access the courses were "not necessary".Activities are available online and in person and all are free to access and attend. Jo Fletcher, from the Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, said: “iDiscover is a safe place for children and young people to connect with others as part of a friendly and supportive community where everyone is accepted.
