Wetherspoons Sir Tim Martin has said the cost of breakfast at his pub chain will remain the same all year - despite an increase in costs.
On his radio show, Mr Ferrari said: "What is the impact on the famous Wetherspoon breakfast, which I am told at the moment comes at an average of £5.40? Are you going to be able to hold the price on that?" Sir Tim said: "For you? Yes." Then Mr Ferrari asked: "How long for, Sir Tim?"And Sir Tim answered: "You caught me out here. A spokesperson for Wetherspoon previously said: "Most prices in Wetherspoon pubs have increased by 3.95 percent from Thursday, 1 February, 2024." They also said: "Some prices have increased by less.
