A resident called police at 4:30 May 30 to report his neighbor had cut branches from multiple trees on his property. The neighbor claimed the trees were 2 feet off of the fence line were and on her part of the property. A private surveyor on scene advised that the trees were on the complainant’s property and the neighbor was cited for injuring vines, bushes and trees.A man reported a $150 mountain bike stolen from his apartment between May 8 and 9.
She failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. She later failed a breath test.A driver pulled over on a traffic offense at 10:51 p.m. May 19 was found in possession of marijuana and a scale and had a warrant out of the Maple Heights Police Department. He was arrested for drug abuse and drug paraphernalia possession.A woman reported her cell phone stolen from her shopping cart by an unknown person at 4:20 p.m. May 26.
