A friend has been left devastated by wedding drama A woman in the US has shared how she’s found herself ‘entangled in a wedding drama of epic proportions.’ Sharing her story on Reddit, the 28-year-old woman explains that her recently-engaged best friend asked her to be maid of honour. As the pair have been friends since they were little kids, she was determined to make her bestie’s ‘big day unforgettable’. The poster goes on to share how to she went above and beyond in the planning.
’ Since then, the woman says she’s received texts from her friends, the best friend’s family, the groom’s family, and even the sister-in-law telling her she’s a ‘drama queen’ who needs to get over herself – and that the day isn’t about her. Turning to Reddit, the heartbroken friend says she doesn’t even want to attend anymore and asks if she was in the wrong for reacting in this way. But most people are on her side.
