Unai Emery is looked at like an absolute genius because he's won European competitions. Maybe not the Europa Conference League I understand, but he's won European competitions outside the Champions League. There's something to be said about being able to do that, it's not an easy thing to do. It says that he actually is a good manager, he's proved over the years he's a good manager.
