150 inmates in the Mobile Metro Jail will get training to help them prepare to rejoin the workforce after incarceration.
According to SWAPTE Vice President of Planning and Contracts Laura Bethea, a plan will be made for each inmate on how best to help and train them. "The last year is strictly follow up to make sure they are still on the right path and still doing everything correctly,” said Bethea.
