AFC Telford United forward Ellis Brown has been tipped to become the next player to make the step up to full-time football by boss Kevin Wilkin.
Brown, 22, has taken the place of Ricardo Dinanga in the Bucks starting XI, after the left winger joined League One side Shrewsbury Town last week.
“Ellis has done really well. It’s probably suited him a lot more being able to play on that side, and there’s been that little bit of expectation on him,” he said. “Clearly when you’re having to take the place of a player who has stepped into league football you’re going to get that bit of pressure, but he’s stepped up really well.”
“I certainly think his decision making has been better, and when he travels with the ball high up the field he’s really asking questions of the opposition.
