Police are investigating ongoing antisocial behaviour in Bacup and recent disorder in Rossendale
A 13-year-old boy has been arrested after recent 'disorder' in Rossendale, and reports of balaclava-clad youths carrying weapons in the area.
A teenager was later arrested on suspicion of affray and section four public order, and has been bailed to remain out of the area amid ongoing enquiries.A Lancashire Police spokesperson said: "We have arrested a teenager in connection with recent disorder in Rawtenstall Town Centre and ongoing anti-social behaviour in Bacup Town Centre.
