A 13-year-old boy is in a serious condition after falling off an electric scooter in Buncrana, County Donegal. Gardai are investigating the incident and appealing for witnesses.
A 13-year-old boy was hospitalized in a serious condition after falling off an electric scooter in Buncrana , County Donegal , on Monday evening. Around 4:45 pm, gardai and emergency services responded to reports of an unresponsive youth on a local road at Linsfort. The boy was treated at the scene and subsequently transported by ambulance to Letterkenny University Hospital. Gardai have closed the road at Linsfort to facilitate a forensic examination of the scene.
Local diversions are in place, according to the Irish Mirror. An Garda Síochána has issued an appeal for witnesses to the incident. They are particularly requesting anyone who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were traveling in the area at the time to come forward. Any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, could be helpful to the investigation.
