A new Disney+ documentary will focus on The Beatles' first visit to the United States. Produced by Martin Scorsese, 'Beatles '64' will feature never-seen-before footage of the band and the masses of fans who greeted them in North America at the height of Beatlemania . On February 7, 1964, The Beatles arrived in New York City to unprecedented excitement and hysteria.
It is directed by David Tedeschi and is produced by Martin Scorsese, Margaret Bodde, Paul McCartney , Ringo Starr , Olivia Harrison, Sean Ono Lennon, Jonathan Clyde, Mikaela Beardsley, with Jeff Jones and Rick Yorn serving as executive producers. Disney+ has previously released the three-part Beatles documentary 'Get Back', which covered the recording of the band's final album - 'Let It Be'.
