The aim is to go alcohol-free for the entire month of January

We're now a few days into 2023 and lots of people will be starting on new health kicks as part of their New Year's resolutions.

. Last year it was estimated that about 130,000 people took part and even more are expected to join this year.Experts have warned anyone with an alcohol dependency should be careful when it comes to cutting down on alcohol, reports the ECHO.
