A successful new claim for Pension Credit can unlock access to Winter Fuel Payments, help with housing costs and Council Tax.

Around 10 million people over State Pension age, including nearly 900,000 in Scotland, will not be eligible for the Winter Fuel Payment due to the new change in eligibility rules.
