A flooded road in Dauphin County could remain closed for a month after it was damaged during severe weather on Friday, PennDOT announced.
Route 147, near Halifax and the interchange for the Clarks Ferry Bridge, in Reed Township is closed between Route 22/322 and Route 225 due to damage from the flooding. Work in the area is expected to start Saturday and is scheduled to take about 30 days, according to a press release. A detour, using Route 225 , is currently in place.
