Severe Tropical Storm Falcon has maintained its strength as it traverses the Philippine Sea, while the southwest monsoon continues to bring rains over parts of Luzon.
PAGASA also said the southwest monsoon, or habagat, will bring a significant amount of rainfall over Metro Manila, Cavite, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, the northern portion of Palawan including Calamian, Cuyo, and Kalayaan islands, and Antique.
The trough of Falcon will also cause cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas and Bicol region. "For the next three days, may kalakasan pa rin 'yong epekto ng habagat sa ating bansa," Villamil said."Makikita natin for Zambales and Bataan for the next three days magpapatuloy 'yong mga matinding pag-ulan na dala ng habagat."
