Back in 2020, deep in the Covid lockdown, two friends, who also happened to be talented chefs, decided to set up their own catering side hustle. Keith Taylor and James Prescott created Kaizen, with the idea to prepare and deliver boxed Asian dishes for customers to cook at home.

The result is a striking space, dominated by a giant graffiti-style mural on the central pillar, subtle lighting to compliment the imposing solid wooden beams and glimpses of Asian culture in the table settings, wallpaper and art work.
