THE HIGHWAY Code is set to change slightly this weekend in a bid to make the roads safer for all road users. Here are the four changes pedestrians need to know.
Drivers can de-ice car windscreens using one button A public consultation on a review of the Highway Code to improve road safety for those on foot, bikes and horses ran from July to October in 2020 and more than 20,000 members of the public, businesses and other organisations responded in favour of the changes proposed.
