Holly Hagan has revealed she has been diagnosed with ADHD diagnosis after a tough six months feeling 'overwhelmed' and 'disorganised'. The 32 year old Geordie Shore icon shared her struggles with her 4.1 million Instagram followers on Monday , seeking tips and advice for moving forward.
Holly disclosed that the life-changing experience of becoming a mum to Alpha Jax in June 2023—with her husband Jacob Blyth—was a significant factor in recognising symptoms. She continued in her post: "It's only since becoming a parent and running businesses full time that I have realised I'm not actually functioning well. To the point of thinking if I took 3 hours a week for exercise my business was going to fail, and only having one good night's sleep in 2024.
She concluded: "I would absolutely love any tips that you have found helpful to keep organised and be less overwhelmed.", reports the Mirror.
