Kate Garraway was left flustered when she returned to the studio alongside co-host Adil Ray after a segment on the General Election - but he was quick to rush to her aid
Adil Ray came to the rescue of his co-host Kate Garraway during Friday's episode when she seemed a bit "flustered". The pair had just transitioned back from a General Election segment to the studio when Kate, the host of Life Stories, seemed taken by surprise.
She started off by saying: "Well, thanks very much indeed that was our story." She tried to proceed with reading off the teleprompter uninterrupted, however she appeared to be grappling as she fixed her hair behind her ear. With her hands raised and in a squeaky voice, she confessed: "I was just having a hair crisis! I'm going to be honest." Amidst laughter, her fellow presenter leapt out of his chair and playfully grabbed hold of Kate's head exclaiming: "Let me just check this hair now."After smoothing down her locks and resuming his seat, Adil reassured her: "Yeah, it looks like it normally does," reports the Mirror.
