Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness has claimed Premier League clubs will push for a “serious sanction” if Man City are found guilty of “cheating”., the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – insisted clubs will be “very angry” if City manage to escape punishment through a “technicality”, just as Leicester did in their Profit and Sustainability Rules case.
