Progress on a new cricket facility in Lancashire has reached a significant milestone with the start of steel work for the new pavilion. The project, a collaboration between Lancashire County Council (LCC) and Lancashire Cricket, aims to create a premier destination for both professional and community cricket. The facility, expected to be completed in 2026, will become Lancashire Cricket’s second home after Emirates Old Trafford and serve as a North West Centre of Excellence for the women's game.
