Sky News has obtained a copy of the confidentiality agreement the Federal Government is requiring employer groups to sign if they want to take part in workplace reforms amid concerns from the business community over 'same job same pay' laws.
The latest suite of proposed reforms have raised alarm bells in the business community, who believe the changes are about giving in to union demands on issues such as the treatment of casual workers and so-called"same job same pay" laws.
The document outlines a number of times that all proposed"models for workplace relations" are confidential. The leaked agreement goes on to indicate some of the requirements may go into perpetuity saying that"each of the obligations of this deed shall remain an independent and ongoing obligation and will continue as such after the execution of this deed."
