The charity needs specialist equipment for the dogs and volunteers to help when they look for missing people
The Annan Branch of Legion Scotland has given a £500 funding boost to the Specialist Search Dogs Charity.Secretary of the Annan Branch of Legion Scotland, Archie Dryburgh, said: “They are a local charity that need specialist equipment for the dogs and themselves whilst they search for missing persons and, unfortunately, cadavers.
Donna Laurie, who is a volunteer and also part of the coastguard team in Annan, said: “Thank you to Legion Scotland Annan Branch, we are over the moon with this donation. It will help maintain our equipment.
