The 18 year old has been a standout player for Motherwell since breaking into the first team last season
Lee Miller insists his son Lennon is in 'no rush' to leave Motherwell - but admits there will come a time where he will look to pursue a career at the 'highest level'.
But ex-striker Lee - who played for the likes of Aberdeen, Hearts and Middlesbrough during his playing career - is adamant that the youngster is solely focused on matters in Lanarkshire with Stuart Kettlewell's side for the time being. Speaking to PLZ Soccer, he said: "He’s not interested in going anywhere else right now in terms of he wants to rack up as many games as possible.
"And he’s got ambition, he’s got massive ambition, he wants to be a Scottish international, play at the highest level. The way he’s going just now he will do that, but there’s no rush for that, and he understands that as well." "I just focus on training every day, on a game on a Saturday. It is hard to shut it out sometimes, but I think my dad has been a massive help in keeping me away from that side of it, and I’m just focusing on football.
