Police spotted the Accord on Bagley and Engle. They pulled over the car on Bagley near Middlebrook Boulevard. The guard stopped the woman outside. Police went to the room and identified the woman. She was wanted in Parma. The dog was dropped off at Middleburg Heights Animal Shelter.A Cleveland woman, 51, was arrested at about 1:30 p.m. Aug. 1 after she was caught stealing alcohol and other merchandise from Marc’s Deeper Discount Store, 6849 Southland.A Lucerne man, 44, was taken to Southwest General Health Center on Bagley Road at about 10:30 a.m. Aug. 6 after he injected heroin in his home.
