Customers have reported problems with the Lloyds app Hundreds of people are struggling to use Lloyds online banking due to technical issues, with customers complaining they cannot view their transactions or even that accounts appear ’empty’. Down Detector, which monitors site outages, has seen over 500 reports this morning. Of those, 75% were regarding online banking while 25% were for the mobile banking app.
