Thousands of customers have reported being unable to view their accounts or authorise transactions
According to the website Down Detector, around 650 Lloyd’s customers have reported having issues with online and mobile banking since around 7am today.
“PC online banking showing no transactions? What’s going on?”, wrote one, while another added, “I’m experiencing the same thing with online banking.” I am experiencing the same problem with app and desktop, but when I export to pdf from desktop it shows all the transactions“Thx for sharing,” another user replied. “Obvs we still need the issue sorting. I am v reluctant to use the app to make payments right now.”
