Fashion fans have been wowed by a brand new Louis Vuitton café - you can drink from branded cups and sauces and enjoy 'exceptional' food before catching a flight
A new designer café has made its grand debut at Heathrow Airport, offering "exceptional" cuisine and a chance to peruse the latest Louis Vuitton accessories.
For those seeking a more luxurious experience away from the hustle and bustle, Louis Vuitton has unveiled Le Café Cryril Lignac. Centrally located in Heathrow's Terminal 2, the café caters to travellers throughout the day, offering both counter service and table seating for those wishing to enjoy a snack, hot dish, pastry, or coffee.
The café's vibrant décor, featuring brightly coloured chairs, hanging bird sculptures and striking artwork, sets it apart from your typical airport eatery. The café's menu boasts an array of pastries, including a £9 pain au chocolat, gianduja or strawberry brioche, and a classic croissant that costs £7.50. Patrons can also indulge in various snacks and salads.
Instagram A glimpse into the venue was shared by the popular social media travel page First Class Jerk, who describes themselves as "an unapologetic voice for the discerning traveller". Commenting on the café's opening, they remarked: "While the collaboration itself is interesting, what stands out here is another luxury fashion house expanding into the travel and hospitality space.
