Police confirm a 32-year-old man who was arrested after the crash in February has died.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary took three people into custody following a three vehicle crash on the M27 on 21 February.
Sussex Police confirmed a 32-year-old man from Yapton, Arundel, who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and drink driving, has died.Michal Kaminski moved to the UK from Poland about 10 years ago and lived in Salisbury A 37-year-old man from Littlehampton was also arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been bailed until 21 November.
