It happened in the Upper Arthur Street area at around 12.15am on Saturday, May 11
A man was assaulted by two men while allegedly "using an ATM" in the early hours of the morning in Belfast city centre.
One suspect was detained by police at the scene while the other suspect made off towards Belfast City Hall before he was stopped a short time later. The two men were arrested and police enquiries continue. "One of the suspects was detained by officers at the scene, whilst the other made off towards the City Hall area. He was stopped a short time later.
