The latest Manchester City transfer news and rumours as Pep Guardiola continues to look to strengthen his side ahead of the new season with less than two weeks of the window remaining.
Barcelona continue to work on a deal for Manchester City man Joao Cancelo with the Catalan club desperate to bring him back to the Nou Camp.
The report adds that the deal Barcelona are looking at involves a loan with an option to buy at around €20million . Elsewhere, City have reportedly reached an agreement to sign young striker Divin Mubamba, following his exit from West Ham earlier in the summer. The teenager became a free agent at the end of the season after running down his contract at the London Stadium. Fabrizio Romano reports that a £1.2 million compensation agreement has been reached between the two clubs. Medical tests have also reportedly been booked with the striker signing a ‘long term deal’ with City.
