The 12,000 sq ft space will feature five new independent kitchens
Manchester city centre is getting an all-new food hall later this year which will be home to five kitchens all under one ‘house’.
The kitchen space, which will be able to operate throughout the day from breakfast to evenings, will all be tucked between statement arched windows, and will be located below the new Vita Student First Street accommodation - which will comprise 100 apartments and 576 bedrooms. “We’ve tried to match that with the traders we’re working with - we’ve got some big names and some big personalities coming along - they’re creating menus which work in a food hall setting but with so much more attention to detail than anything I've seen before in this space.
