Mark Allen faced a gut-wrenching loss to Lei Peifan in the Scottish Open semi-finals, despite leading comfortably after seven frames. After racing to a 3-0 lead in Edinburgh and then extending to 5-2, Allen seemed on track for victory and a shot at the £100,000 top prize.
