But in the Brown report, at least one of those claims have already been walked back. Now the council is considering one of their own.
"So tomorrow what you'll see is... I'm very confident we'll name somebody to investigate, name a firm to investigate. I feel we've got there at that point. And the clock starts at that point." When asked about the Brown report, Woods would offer no comment. But he did offer a comparison that might have prompted this latest investigation.
