Fans of the much-loved Esperantos Bistro in Ainsdale have expressed their relief on Facebook following "hearsay" that the eatery is set to close its doors or change management. Esperantos opened on Liverpool Road in 2005 and specialises in dishes inspired from countries across the Mediterranean. Rumours began swirling over the weekend that the bistro trading for nearly two decades was set to close. The owners took to Facebook to address the speculation ahead of its 18th birthday next month.
