Nottingham Forest were left to rue missed chances as they conceded a last-minute equaliser to draw 1-1 with relegation rivals Luton Town.

Forest had a couple of big let-offs just before the break. Williams made a last-ditch clearance to thwart one attack, then when Luton did put the ball in the net it was ruled out for a handball by Teden Mengi. Matz Sels: Distribution was good from the goalkeeper. Made some decent stops in the first half but set-pieces continue to prove a huge Achilles’ heel for the Reds. Rating: 6.5/10

Murillo: Would have been a certain goal of the season contender had his outrageous second-half effort not been thwarted by the goalkeeper. Was generally solid. Rating: 7/10 Ryan Yates: Midfield took time to get a grip on the game as Luton dominated the early stages. Scrapped away and wasn’t far off a last-minute winner. Rating: 6/10

Morgan Gibbs-White: Exquisite pass for Wood’s goal after nice link-up play. Should have got on the scoresheet himself but couldn’t find the finish. Yet again the Reds were left to rue missed chances. Rating: 6.5/10
