An obese Lanarkshire dad lost an impressive 14 stone after he was left horrified by his wedding photos.

"Albeit I was clinically morbidly obese, I am 6ft 4 so my height hid it. When I looked at my wedding photos, it opened my eyes.
"I didn’t actually join a weight loss group, it’s more like a family and I have made friends through it. There’s a massive community spirit. You are getting help from people from all different walks of life.
