A witness called the police department at 3 a.m. on May 14 to report a woman was passed out in a running blue SUV on Madison near Newman Avenue. An officer arrested the woman for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, according to a police event report.

The complainant said his vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. The complainant’s phone was pinging to an address on Colfax Road in Cleveland. The Cleveland Police Department was notified.A male resident called the police department at 2:04 p.m. on May 15 and reported that someone flattened all four of his tires.
