Thousands of disabled children and young people across Scotland will receive a one-off payment for £251.50 to help with higher heating bills during the 2024/25 winter season. The Child Winter Heating Payment will be worth £251.50 this winter, an increase of £15.80 on the £235.70 payment received by an estimated 29,000 families last year.
