Julian Alvarez is currently competing at the Olympics Pep Guardiola has suggested that he will sell Julian Alvarez – a target for Chelsea and Arsenal – if he wants to leave Manchester City. After signing from River Plate in 2022, Alvarez quickly established himself as an important player for City, making 103 appearances in his first two seasons at the Etihad.
Now, Guardiola appears to have confirmed that that is City’s stance, though stated that the decision was very much up to the player. Then he will inform us what he wants to do. Julian played a lot. He wants more? It’s fine. ‘So that’s why think about it. And when he thinks about it, he will inform us.
