The shop is now being investigated by Trading Standards

Trading Standards visited three shops across the city in one day, and one of them failed the test. The store, which has not been named, sold vape pens to a young volunteer without challenging their age on Tuesday .

This initiative saw one establishment fail when three young testers were sold vapes. Our Trading Standards will now take the lead on this investigation, and we will be looking to take the strongest possible action.
