Rangers fans are not happy with the board after it was confirmed they would move to Hampden Park while work continues on the Ibrox renovations., former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson explained that the fans will not be happy with moving away from their home, even if it is only for a short spell.
Renovations to Ibrox were initially expected to take place over the summer, before delays in receiving materials saw the construction work pushed back into the start of the season. Robinson suggested that any return date may even have been overestimated, hinting that a return could be possible even earlier. What is seen as yet another error by the board amid increasing tensions will only stretch the club’s relationship with the fans.
