Don't let it happen to you
Residents in a Lancashire village have raised the alarm, after noticing strangers waving antennae outside their homes late at night.
Adam says criminals tried to take his car three times before they were successful - attempting to reach his keys on several occasions.Adam told LancsLive: "Six months went by and just before Christmas, they drilled the locks whilst we were asleep. The keys were on the side and they broke in. Picking up footage on his camera, Adam initially thought someone was "larking around" as a white stick can be seen hovering in the foreground of his driveway. However, he says the reality turned out to be a lot more sinister.
Since then, Adam says he has owned a "less noticeable" car, a two-seater BMW Z4. However, he's still paranoid about the criminals returning.
