The winners of the annual Scottish Bar and Pub awards have been unveiled, with a popular Glasgow boozer taking home the prestigious title of Scotland's Pub of the Year.
The winners of the prestigious Scottish Bar and Pub awards were unveiled earlier this week, with boozers across the country taking home prizes in a number of categories. The awards, now in their 29th year, celebrate the best of the Scottish hospitality industry — with more than 100 venues shortlisted.
Taking to social media to share the news of the win, staff at The Smokin' Fox wrote on Instagram: "What a night, what a team, what a pub! We proudly present to you: WINNERS OF 2024 Sunday Mail PUB OF THE YEAR — and yes that's us here at your favourite bar. Over in Edinburgh, boutique hotel, bar and restaurant Black Ivy was named Media World Best Outdoor Area. Meanwhile, dockside pub Teuchters Landing received the Inverarity Morton Best Drinks Offering award and the Lochrin Rooftop Bar took home the prize for Molinari Hotel Bar of the Year.
