A group of homeless workers in Glasgow have been left fearing they won't be able to feed those in need because the van they use to transport food won't be allowed the city's new low emission zone.
Glasgow's LEZ comes into effect in June and effectively bans any diesel vehicle more than eight years old, and any petrol vehicle more than 17 years old, from entering the city without paying a penalty. While Kirsty understands the need to bring in LEZs, she said the group had hoped for a more sympathetic approach from the council.
