Finance Secretary Shona Robison announced an increase in funding for free school meals and breakfast clubs, aiming to support working parents and provide a better start for children from low-income families.
The Scottish Government has announced that it will increase funding for free school meals and breakfast clubs .
Robison also announced she would fund a new scheme called Bright Start Breakfasts which would go towards starting more clubs. Robison said the aim of the breakfast clubs was to "make things that little bit easier for working mums and dads, while also giving more of our kids better start to their day."
