Daryl Evans's widow spoke exclusively with KHOU 11 News about witnessing the deadly confrontation.

Evans said she and her husband had just gotten home from grabbing food. She told us they had to navigate around a longtime neighbor who was standing in their way in the street."And she went, 'bop, bop, bop.' Shot him three times, just like that," Evans said. Now, Blue, 75, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Charges could be upgraded as the investigation continues.
