Gers and five other Premiership clubs expressed concern after initial report but league chiefs will share proposals next month.
The SPFL have revealed they have a 41-point plan to address the changes recommended by an independent governance review.
They were also unhappy that the initial draft of the report was amended by the executive before being seen by the rest of the board. In response, the SPFL cited "inaccuracies" in the letter and were confident that they would be able to address all of the concerns raised by the six clubs. Now they have studied the recommendations made in the review and will submit proposals to member clubs.
