Helen's new book In My Stride: Lessons Learned Through Life and Adventure will be released in October
Countryfile presenter Helen Skelton has revealed when she will release her new book. The mum-of-three, and Strictly Come Dancing runner-up 2022, is sharing the secrets of her adventures throughout her career in the book called In My Stride: Lessons Learned Through Life and Adventure. Helen, 40, says her story started and ended in Cumbria which will be a focal point in the book.
The book is due to be out on shelves on Thursday, October 12. Helen shared an image from the book photoshoot on her Instagram page recently. She smiled while wearing a light pink two piece pant suit. She said: "Here's where my story starts and ends... in Cumbria. Looking forward to getting the book on shelves." She added: "A story of adventures so far #InMyStreet is out October 12 and you can pre-order on the link in my bio @headlinebooks ad."In the comments below her picture, Dancing On Ice judge Oti Mabuse said: "Stunning." "Can't wait," BBC Strictly champion Jowita Pryzstal added.
