The Summit County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest Wednesday in connection to an April swatting call.

Deputies say they responded to a call April 30 where a man told dispatchers that his neighbor was holding a gun to his wife’s head in the front yard.Deputies responded to Greensburg Road to find an unharmed woman alone, who told them she was unaware of the 911 call and that the incident never occurred.the woman on-scene told deputies she was being harassed by Ake after having a disagreement while doing business, officials say.
Ake was leaving harassing messages on he victims phone, deputies say, and the voice matched the voice on the 911 call.
